Sales Support (Sales Coordinator)

Position Level Junior Executive Requirements • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Excel • Qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Able to communicate well with suppliers and sales team • Able to work with minimum supervision • Willing to work at Bandar Puteri, Puchong • Able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage • Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am – 6pm Responsibilities • Issue sales order-related documents such as quotation, purchase order, and job sheet • Support the sales team with required tasks and items including samples, photos, and delivery arrangements • Coordinate between suppliers and sales on deliveries, orders, and any arising issues • Arrange installation scheduling and coordination • Monitor sales and performance Qualification Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
